If you're afraid of hurting her feelings and making her mad, it means you think she'll take it personally, so maybe try to make it less personal for her. You can say that you know it shouldn't hurt you but you're sensitive to her behavior and you can't help it, so because of your sensitivity she can help you out by being more respectful. That would make it feel less about her and more about you. If you just tell her to stop, she may think you're too sensitive, so you're beating her to it by saying you shouldn't feel so hurt but you can't help it. You pose it as your limitation more than her fault. Let her realize she was wrong. If she's really your friend, she'll be sympathetic to that.
