Entrance of César Manrique´s house by Splotch

from life. The house is now a museum. Awesome place, awesome artist. Tried to catch this lively colors of the blossoms sadly with average afford. There was a lot more to them than I was able to catch.

@Munin: yep, I know it´s quite boring. The problem was, as often when painting with the DS, there was no other shady enough place. The red blossoms in front of the dark wall would have been also better color contrast. I thought about developing a cloth construction which I could wear around my head, but this would look like a burqa or even more like an 19th century photographer ;-)

Wow I'm loving all your paintings and style, by the way how is your painting style called?

@elChapin: that´s a good question. Never thought about this - it´s just the way I paint.
