This is Penelope. Donnie found her when he was 17. See, Splinter passes away bc of da Shredder when the turtles were 17. Donnie took it the hardest, so he kinda ran away from the lair. He ended up at his "favorite" place to be. The Hudson River. He heard crying, found a baby, and brought her home due to her being ill and hurt. He knew NOTHING about kids when he first found her, but then grew close to her throughout the weeks she was healing. When she was healthy again, Donnie was told he he to put her into foster care. Donnie thought it best too. See, through the weeks he was taking care of her, bc he was only a teenager, he couldn't raise her, that was his idea. But he became rather hesitant about it after she grew on him. He set her at the door of the foster home and left a note, but couldn't watch at he threw her life away! So he quickly grabbed her before the door opened. He vowed never to let the little girl become an orphan as he did that day. He named her Penelope, and raised her as his own.
