I drew this while I was stuck in a room for 1 hour. There was a security guard. He was old and trying to call the VA to set up an appointment. I accidently dropped my stylus while he was waiting for someone to pick up on the phone. I think he laughed at me.

And the background?
I kind of just did a really dark blue, used the third brush with different colors, got a bit carried away randomly tapping the screen, erased it a bit, did some yellow stars with the second brush, erased those some, second brush again in different bright colors and then did acid art, and I think that was it...? Yep. I don't know how I remembered that. XD

Ey, don't you worry, it's alrightttttt... (I actually thought it was going to absolute trash at first :'D) I myself don't think it's that easy to see at first, for second after you asked... I forgot what I had done, to be honest. hehe...eh...
