I'd say dragon anatomy is similar to reptiles. Maybe monitor lizards mixed with snake's slenderness. And wing anatomy would be like bats

Lol, it looked proffessional? (I'm not even sure how to spell that word... XD)
How did I do it? Uhm... I flipped the image and redrew ALOT.
Lineart: I made alot of scribbles for textures.
Colors: Only begin after finishing lineart. I deleted the color layer so much because I got hasty and had to recolor after adding more lines. I bookmarked reused colors. All of these colors were singular colors. I didn't individually shade everything with different hues. Just one hue color for each individual object, never adding any hue for light and shadow. Just plain colors. Looks horrible at first.
Shading: This is the magic part. Take a dark purple or blue, or grey color, a dark of whatever color you want, make a new layer, use the magic wand tool, inverse the tool, select all your objects, use the fill bucket in a new layer, lower the opacity of the layer, and then you can procede erasing gradually the places of darkness you wish light to hit. And that's how I got things to look three dimensional. :D
Uhm... I don't know if you exactly wanted a full out explanation, but lol here it is anyways because I take everything literally lol

Whaaat you'll get there, Glory, you know? You level up with each art you do! You just gotta have fun with it, and don't stress. Do what you can do, and do it repeatedly, and eventually you'll pick up a few tricks and skills and do better at what you do. :D

Re: You know what! you don't need to do the art trade if you don't want to! We can just make Psyche's painting a request kind of thing because I really don't mind! But if you really want to you can make a dragonized version of Aqua! that would be cool too. Its really up to you. and don't feel bad either! I've had my fair share of procrastination, heh heh... I really, really, don't mind! Anyway got to go so... talk to you later!
