Vijaya is a very straight-forward person--she deals with things head-on as they come. She is apathetic toward most, but once you have earned her trust, she is there for you to the end. However, the same goes for those who do her (or her loved ones) wrong--they will never be forgiven.
She loves blackberries and is great with animals (even wild ones warm up to her fairly quickly). Kids, though, not so much. They're usually scared of her...

Also, wanted to mention that her design is really cool! Those skills can come in handy in lots of situations!
