Elise got stuck in time after the explosion, so the lab crumbled and the human race expired. but when she woke up a few minutes before Sprite (Dragonair) found her, and she doesn't know that pokemon 'evolved' (HAHA OH MEH GERSH THAT WAS SO FORCED) into human-like creatures (furry much?pfft) but Elise doesn't know. (but she can change her form to she just hasn't found out yet)
but eeveelutions disappeared long ago, so surprising to see one!
