PS, "energetic" and "elemental" creatures are the same thing. Elements are a type of energy.
The energetic plane can be called the elemental plane. And vice versa.
Just in case if anyone got confused.

Whether you're a physical or energetic being depends on what plane you lived in long enough to solidify your body's properties (usually very shortly after birth/hatching).
Of course, there are ways to change your body's properties for short periods of time, typically through crossing portals that travel to different planes.
Permanent changes in your body's properties... those are typically accidental.
