Part of it's talent, and part of it's just posting at the wrong time. You can work on BOTH by drawing ALL THE TIME! You'll both improve your art AND find the best time to share it!

try posting at different times during the day and definitely leave comments on art you like, that's how I got a chance to see your gallery :)
