re: I did actually have a fun time by the end of it!! and yeah, I'm really lucky to see them twice >w< last time was freshman year, 2 and a half years back. this time, the venue was so much bigger and it felt less... uh... close? like the last one was only a few dedicated fans who new of them then, so it felt like one big extended family. this time was a lot of people, like my friends, who only like them because they're popular. buuut they did play a bunch of the old songs (which of course all of the new 'fans' who only like the popularity didn't know). Actually, my favorite thing was that for the first verse of "Stressed Out", instead of rapping the first verse, he did his own verse:
"I wish I played a different song no one's ever heard
I wish my mom wasn't sick of knowing every word"
and then said something about it being "overplayed"
it was awesome.

Only problem is, I'm sicker than ever now...
(and the 'friends' still never said thank you.)
