Hey, it's random, but I've been thinking of random ideas for Maldius, and I'd like to ask your opinion, since it could potentially involve Mac. I was thinking that since Maldius' egg was enchanted with powerful magic, but since Maldius was the first dragon to be born with such enhancements, there could've been side-effects that were unknown when he was born. The side-effects were similar to the Animus curse from WoF, causing Maldius to become more sadistic and demented as he became stronger. I remember after the part where Mac lost his anklet and attacked Crowley, we had talked about Maldius being able to manipulate Mac's curse somewhat, which is what started me thinking, "What if Maldius can manipulate Mac's curse because he himself is afflicted with a similar curse?" I was also thinking that maybe Lennox or whoever crafted Mac's anklets did so because they recognized that the curse was similar to Maldiys', but somewhat different? What do you think? Is it a good idea or no?

That reminded me of something I was planning on having Maldius do perhaps the next time he gets together with Mac, convince Mac that he is his only true friend, and that he can't trust Nox or the others. I really liked these ideas, especially the idea of Mac and Maldius having similar curses, after thinking about Malefor's conversation with Spyro about how they share qualities besides their color, and how Malefor believes it is Spyro's destiny to destroy the world, "be it through your own will or not"

I think we should make a chat for this, and have @Fade and @Aggron in it too, I love conspiracing ideas like this as much as you do X3

Re: I know right! Honestly, there's like an 86 per cent chance that Maldius will quote Malefor when he reveals his identity to Mac.

Of course, but I was also thinking that Maldius wouldn't just flat out say, "You can't trust Nox, trust meee!", but instead he'd just be really sneaky with his words, as Yssarion talking about the rumors of Maldius, and how he believes in them, since Mac is also scared of him, to try to win his trust, and then start to make Mac doubt the others.
"You know, Mac... I... I've heard rumors that Aquilam tried to manipulate Maldius into doing what they wanted, and that's why he betrayed them... Do... do you s'pose that's what they're trying to do to you? I mean, you seem to be very powerful with your fire... I'd hate to see you end up like Maldius..."

Sorry, I guess I should save posts for the RP, but I'm just so hyped now lol XD
