Akira is a young boy whom Misoku and Katsu meat along their journey. Misoku and Katsu save Akira from a band of thieves, who constantly have tried to steal his special orb. He thanks them for helping him out and a bit later joins them on their adventure. Akira is shrouded in mystery, however, he has a good heart and is very helpful. He doesn't have table etiquite, and he speaks his honest opinions.
