(Starting in the North West)

Aurora:
The island of Aurora is the coldest area in the land of dreams. It has one small city, the city of Aurora has the smallest population of Dreamers, and they tend to keep to themselves.

The Diamond Sea:
The Diamond Sea divides the North of Aurora and the South Islands of Luce, because of the two climate differences it experiences the most storms out of the two Sea.

The islands of Luce:
The islands of Luce ( Italian Translate for Light) is a tropical jungle, and is the only place to have active volcanoes (the magma is a bright blue). Due to its rich soil rare and exotic plants grow there.

The Golden Sun desert:
It was given its name because when the morning or evening sun hit the sand just right it shine like gold. In the center of the desert there is a canyon with three Lakes that makes an oasis inside.
Serenity:
The city of Serenity is located in the Oasis. This beautiful city Is known for its art and scholars.

The Emerald jungle:
Is a lush tropical jungle with exotic life. It has a Lake in the center.

Nebbia:
Is a city on the Delta, and is known for trading goods.

The Valley of the cherry trees:
Is a beautiful forest of cherry trees.

Cieli muro (Italian translate Heavens wall):
Is the vast mountain range in the northern part of the land of Dreams. These mountains have the tallest peaks, and have caves and tunnels used for mining materials.

Howaito: (Japanese translate of white)
Is also know as the White City. The capital of the main land it is located and the lake. it is full of libraries and study of magic

Very nice. I had a similair idea with floating islands a while back. You can sort of see them on the planet picture I drew. :D

Howaito: (Japanese translate of white)
Is also know as the White City. It is the capital of the main land, and is carved in the side of the mountainin front of the lake. It is known for its craftsmanship, and study of magic.

The lake of Hope:
alos known as the moon's tear. It is the largest lake in the land of dreams. Its waters glow in the moonlight, and it is said to be the birthplace of the Fairfin (lore of the Fairfin coming soon...), and is rumored to have a great treasure on the lake bed

Tranquility Forest:
is a large dense forest with three lakes, and in its deepest parts are ruins of a ancient city

Armonia:
Is a coastal city, and a popular stop for many Travelers

The sea of Lilies:
Is the East sea, and the warmer of the two sea. Its waters are home to the giant lilies that glow at night

The islands if Dreams:
These floating islands come in all shapes and sizes, and are home to many species. Cielo is located on the largest one

Cielo:
Is the capital of the Trinity Islands the island of dreams, Island oof Luce, and the island of Aurora. Cielo is surrounded by mountains and in the middle of a lake. It has the best school in traing in the defend against dark creatures

the traveling mist:
this mysterious cloud of mist moves across the ocean, and is rumored to have an ancien Temple in it

(bonus lore)

The Land of Dreams is the biggest of the four Island, and is shaped like the moon. It is also has seven smaller Lakes, and are called the seven Allys. The land of dreams also has four moons.

Wow, that is sub a cool map! I love how detailed it looks and how muh thought you put into it! And it's a pretty smart idea to shape the island like a moon. >u<

Shadow Hunters level: Heaven's Blade, is the highest rank, and are the most experience.

Royal paladins: follow after that and are the main force of the Shadow Hunters.

Dimond knights: are the rookies (that just grduated from Cielo)
