Hiro was one of many who were expirimented with. His DNA was mixed with that of a bird's, Enhancing his vision, as well as enabling him to fly. Ever since the war, he has never had a stable home, and stayed normally as an outcast. He loves to eavsdrop, and is extremely fast and keen. He is a bit of a theif, so watch out.
