I Cannot and will not breed Shiny pokemon However I Can breed 5-6iv pokemon with the nature and eggmoves you want now while nature and ivs are easy Eggmoves will be abit tougher to do Aswell as 6ivs can be hard too.

I Have read though that in order to get rock head ability it would have to be bred from the event Rock head tyrunt
