Hooligang Leader by Takashishiful
Official artwork. He's a boss in the game '3 Ducks RPG' I've been working on. And actually am making the game this time. In RPG Maker XP. Also, Lisa, I'm making changes in 0.0.5(?) the gang is called the 'Hooligang' and the boss has ripped sleeves, no undershirt and a shark fin tattoo as a reference to the sharks from Earthbound.

Re: #Grass flying/ground so it's quad weak to ice and won't be all that useful in competitive battling.
