Frostbite still stood between Annabelle and the mob of people, even with the small wound she'd received. "I'm ok." Frostbite said, "You should get out of here, I'm not sure how much longer I can hold them back!"

Drake was still in the bushes near the caravan where the llama was. He had no idea where Frostbite was, or what she'd gotten herself into, but he was obviously very concerned.
"T-there's someone I need to find... I'll be back as quickly as I can... Sorry." Drake quickly whispered before darting into the forest.

(Herro! ^w^)

Marles saw the mob of people and quickly ran over to investigate.
Tot saw Frostbite and quickly went over. "Hey what's this all about?"

Leiko made her way through the crowd searching for Cactus. After minutes of searching she finally spotted him among the crowd and ran towards him, "Finally," Cactus gave Leiko an annoyed look, "Come on." Leiko followed as Cactus led the way back to the edge of the forest, and together the two of them stared at the crowd of people.

Annabelle: "But I don't want to leave you here by yourself! It's my fault they're attacking you.... * Anna huffed & dived deep down into the lake *

Frostbite gave Tot a worried look, "These people are all angry because they saw this shapeshifter..." She glanced back at Annabelle, then quickly made a false swipe towards one of the humans who attempted to attack.

Drake suddenly burst through the bushes near Leiko and Cactus. "Oh no... nonono..." He muttered staring at the mob.

(Don't worry, we only just started!)

Tot looked at the crowd. "Tsk, we need a distraction. That way we can get everyone away, but without fighting."
Marles came out of the mob and stood at the edge of the forest."oh no..."

Leiko jumped back, suprised by Drake, while Cactus walked towards Drake and gave him a puzzled look, "Whats happening?"

Drake breifly observed the situation, "I'm not exactly sure, but it must've been something big to make this many people angry..." He looked at Frostbite, who looked suprised to see him there.
Frostbite looked back at Anna, "Don't worry about me. You just need to-"
Frostbite suddenly stopped.

The ground shook, for only a moment. The mob slowly began to quiet down.
"What... What was that?"

Annabelle: * sunk down into the water with only her eyes showing, looking around frantically for the cause of the shaking *......" Why did the earth shake?"...

Leiko stood completely frozen, out of fear, Cactus stepped in front of her and shifted into his agressive form. He dug his claws into the ground and a low growl could be heard coming from his throat.

Marles looked at the ground. "hm...I don't like the looks of this" She felt uneasy
Tot floats around Frostbite. "What's wrong?" He didn't feel anything, but saw others reactions.

It took Drake a moment to register what had just happened.
To the summoners and shapeshifters, it was easy to tell that was no ordinary tremor.

It was magic.

At seeing Cactus' aggressive form, as well as Frostbite, the people in the mob slowly went back to whatever buisness was theirs.
Frostbite sighed in releif, but didn't revert to her normal form yet. "I'm glad that's over, but now we have-" She was once again interrupted by a tremor, this time it was longer though.
"This isn't normal..." Drake mumbled to himself, looking distressed.

Tot felt something was off. "what sort of thing is this?" /thinks: or who./
Marles looked at Tot. "Tot,Frostbite, are you two o-okay?" She ran over with a worried expression.
Tot looked over."Yeah!"

Cactus stood completely still. His eyes darted from place to place, still trying to spot what was causing the tremors.

Annabelle: * looked up at Tot, Drake & the others, she was unsure if they were hostile or friendly *.....u-um...* she tapped Frostbite's shoulder * ...Are they friends of yours?

The tremor caused a small crystal-like relic to roll near Raisha's feet. It was a deep purple, and near the middle a dim, green light pulsated slowly.

Frostbite nodded at Marles, "I'm ok too. I... Just got a scratch."
She had a small gash in her side that was bleeding.
She then smiled at Annabelle, "Yep, they're my friends. There's nothing to be afraid of."
Drake glanced at Leiko and Cactus, noticing that Leiko was a summoner, "Thanks for helping us out... I'm not sure what I could've done to protect Frostbite..."

Marles looked at Annabelle. "I-it's nice to meet you." She looked back at Frostbite. "Well, you're bleading. So It'll be best, for you to heal first."
Tot smiles. "You know she's right."

Annabelle: Oh! You're bleeding! Please allow me to heal you as a thanks for your kindness! * she dipped her hands in the lake water, the water was now flowing around her hands, with a soft white glow *....Please let me tend to your wounds. * she gave Frostbite a warm smile *

Cactus finally seemed to calm down and shifted back to his normal self, although he still kept watch.

"Your welcome, Drake," Leiko nodded. She looked over at Cactus, "He's a bit...over protective." Leiko laughed, " I guess because my parents put so much trust in him to protect me; he wouldnt want to disapoint them."

There didn't seem to be a shop selling relics near where Raisha was. Nobody came looking for the crystal either. The pulsing light seemed to get brighter as she held it.

Frostbite grinned at Tot and Marles, "Hahah, yeah!"
She turned to Annabelle, "Oh, I would appreciate that. Thank you!"

Drake smiled at Leiko, "I understand, Frostbite was the same with me one time..." He looked at Frostbite's small wound, seeming slightly guilty.

Tot smiled. "Hey, Mar. do you think you can make -" before he could finish.
"Oh no you don't, not now." She glared at Tot.
Tot floated down. "hehe... okay."

Before Leiko could respond, she heard a strange noise. Cactus once again stood close in front of Leiko, but he still stayed in his normal form, "Any idea what that is?" Leiko asked Drake.

Annabelle: You're very welcome! *placed her hands on Frostbite's wound, she began singing, her voice sweet & pure. Her voice caused Frostbite's wound to heal in seconds *.....There you go fluffy! All done! * she smiled sweetly & pet Frostbite's head *

( @Kole I'm trying to get Drake back over there already. MOVE, SLOWPOKE. *shoves Drake*

@RayPai Yeah, everyone's over by the lake where Anna is except Julian and Raisha... I hope we can get everyone together soon.)

Drake peered out into the crowds of people. "I'm not sure what that sound was... But it sounded like it came from over there..." He suddenly spotted the llama he had been helping. "AH, I GOTTA GO." He leapt into the bushes again.

Frostbite wagged her tail happily, then shifted back to her passive form. "You have a pretty voice!" She grinned at Anna.
She then turned her attention to Marles and Tot, "Make what now?"

Tot looked at Frostbite. "Fried dough..."
Marles looked at Tot. "...yeah that."
Tot smiled nervously. "Yeah. really good ones."

"What the-" Leiko looked around for a moment, then followed Drake with Cactus close behind her.

Annabelle: * She giggled * Why thank you! * Anna turned into her humnoid form & stepped out of the water *

Drake poked his head out from the brush so quickly that his face was only a few inches from the llama's. "AH." He whispered, backing away swiftly.

Suddenly, there was a third tremor. This one was the longest yet, and more earthquake-like. The festival became quiet as ever, as the sunset was slowly covered by a foreboding greyish-purple cloud.
It was as dark as night now.

"Now whats happening," Cactus hissed, "Stay close, Leiko" Cactus began to growl again, and stood still.

Annabelle: * jumped in fright at the violent tremor *....oh mai goddess!. * Her purple eyes glowing in the darkness. She was used to seeing in the dark from swimming in pitch black waters. She fell over from the constant shaking *

Frostbite helped Annabelle to her feet. "T-this way!" She led Annabelle into the brush, "Something's coming..."

The silence of the Festival was abruptly broken by people screaming. In the horizon a large bird-like creature flew in with a large flock of ravens behind it. It landed on the area nearest to the docks.

"What the heck is that?!" Drake muttered.

The beast's wings had talons on them, which it used as front legs. It was like a hybrid raven-wyvern.

"Stay in the bushes..." Drake warned Leiko.

The creature's eyes darted around, as if looking for something.
Finally, it locked it's glare at Raisha, and began approaching her slowly.

Drake leapt from the bushes and swiftly ran to untie Julian. "I didn't think we'd need a giant MONSTER, but I guess that works..." He mumbled to himself, finishing untying the rope.

Annabelle: * peeked through the bushes that she & Frostbite were hiding in. She whipered to Frostbite * ....Is that a dragon?

Leiko stood still behind Cactus. Compared to the creature they saw ahead he was small and weak, even shifting into his aggressive form wouldnt make a difference. For the first time, Leiko could tell that Cactus was actually scared. Cactus's eyes grew wide and he shook with fear, but he still kept all four of his paws on the ground.

The beast lifted up one of it's talons and threw it down towards Raisha, aiming for her side.

"Looks like it to me..." Frostbite replied to Annabelle. "You need to get somewhere safe..." Frostbite suddenly caught glimpse of Drake in the distance.
"Drake can help you. I imagine he's heading to the Ruins Academy now." She pointed towards Drake.

"Okay... Leiko, Cactus, we need to get to safety. The best place I know is the ruins academy. Will you come with us?" Drake questioned, trying his best to not shake in fear too much.

"Yes, I think its best we go," Leiko looked back at the large dragon, "It seems distracted by something..."

Annabelle: I'm not leaving without you! * picks up Frostbite, & sneaks past the dragon towards Drake * Psst! Excuse me! Are you Drake? Fluffy here, says you can help me.

Frostbite's ears perked straight up at Raisha's roar. "I need to help! Lemme go!" She struggled.

Drake stared at Annabelle and Frostbite for a moment. "Y-yeah, that's me.
This way." He said, slightly reluctantly after he noticed Frostbite struggling.
Drake darted into the forest.

The beast was knocked a ways away by Raisha's tail. But it soon was back on it's feet and charging again.

(I have to leave in a few minutes, its getting late, where I am, atleast ;-;)

Annabelle: * realeased Frostbite * Please be carful & return safely my friend! * she ran after Drake *

Leiko picked up Cactus, who was frozen in fear. She then began running quickly after Drake while holding Cactus tightly in her arms.

The beast let out a horrible shriek that pierced the air itself. It staggered backwards a bit before falling over.

"I will." Frostbite nodded at Annabelle, then charged out, changing into her aggressive form, but suddenly stopping and covering her ears at the monster's shreik.

Drake led the group further into the forest. "Here." He pulled out a diamond-shaped stone that distorted the area around them, revealing a stone plate with strange markings on it. "Stand on there, it'll teleport you to the Ruins. It's safe... You might feel a little sick afterwards, though."

( I have to leave for a while everyone. I've got chores to do! If you guys are gone before I get back. Goodnight in advance! :3 )

Frostbite quickly regained her composure, then charged at the other beast that attacked Raisha.

Drake stood next to Julian, "Yeah, I didn't like it my first time either."
The ground around the stone plate began glowing, then the area around them became bright blue and white.

Frostbite stabbed the oncoming foe in the back with her claws, then threw it to the side causing it to crash through several empty stands. "Oops."

"What's that?" Frostbite stared at the crystal.
An unknown individual suddenly emerged from a nearby bush. She wore a hood and armor that seemed to have fins on them.
She silently looked around the wreckage, one eye gleaming blue, the other covered by her hood. She noticed Raisha and Frostbite and began approaching them.

The blue gleam from the stone slab began to fade. Drake and Julian were abruptly hit by moonlight.
They were on an island.
Pillar-like stones were scattered around, each of which had a different rune-like pattern on the top. "Here we are. The Ruins Academy!" Drake notioned towards a large building that looked nothing like ruins, but it was similar to the surrounding pillar-like rocks.

Drake sat down and waited for a moment, "I hope Frostbite's okay..." He mumbled.

(I'm back!)
Marles is talking with Tot, not that far away.
Tot looked over. "Hey isn't that the people from the festival over there?" He said with his mouth full.
Marles looked back. "I-I think it is..."

(Agh, I'm sorry, but I gotta go really soon .n.)

( @Le_Bloop Btw, Drake and Julian are separated from Raisha and Frostbite)
The stranger looked up at Raisha. "Hello. Your dragon form is impressive." She remarked.

Frostbite looked at the stranger, slightly unsure about whether she could be trusted or not. Then she heard a familiar voice a little ways away. //Is that Tot's voice?// She glanced towards them.

Drake paused for a moment. "Ah, hello!" He smiled, "I thought you might've been a shapeshifter." He stood up and held out his hand. "Um, Since we haven't formally met... I'm Drake."

Tot looks back at Marles. "Hey Mar, lets go say hi."
Marles looks at ground. "um... I feel like we left them there and now I feel guilty."
Tot floats up to her taking another bite of the fried dough. "That wasn't your fault. The mob just flushed us away, so lets go say hi!" He finishes the dough ball and shouts. "HEY, Hey!" flying over to them.
Marles runs behind him. "..."
