i don't really think you need to improve, but if you're trying to look for something to work on, most of your hairstyles for males remind me of each other; they're p similar imo

Your style is awesome! Instead of improve, I suggest you search different styles to add on to your style, such as different shading techniques or colouring techniques.
I think practicing on animals, especially made-up species works great on many people!

^ to add on to this drawing cats really helps with human anatomy due to their flexible nature.
I guess maybe you could add a tad more depth to your shading and lighting by making some even lighter and darker parts. I think that will make your art pop out even more :3

Try praticing different angles and draw more "full-body poses" (and I'm talking about complicated poses).
And I agree with what everyone else has said.
