Molly frequently goes out on Uranium scouting missions for projects. (They're not on Earth, their planet has very little caves and the geopraphy is very wacky compared to ours. For example: there's only two continents... That's all I got so far.)
Anyway-
Bonnie is aware of Molly's love for radioactive elements, but she rarely let's the pooch handle actual Uranium. She just got a rock, painted it, and buried it around where Molly likes to search.

But when Bonnie does let Molly handle Uranium she keeps a close eye on her, and makes sure she has all of the needed equipment.
Bonnie: making sure you don't die of radiation sickness since...
whenever she got Molly, i guess.
