Donte is a half breed between an elf and one of the wolf shape shifters.
Donte's parents were in love despite their differences. Donte was born and raised in the mountains.
His appearance is different because of his father's blood.
His pupils are cresant shaped because of a genetic defect so his sight is worse than average. He has fur all the way down his spine and when he changes to a 'wolf' it's more like a werewolf, again, because of his eleven father.

Donte was trained with the halberd and is a skilled warrior from his clan. All through his youth he lived in the mountains with his family and tribe.
At thirteen Donte started to have the scent of an alpha, despite his slightly smaller stature.
Because of that he had quite a bit of respect and more was expected of him and he did his best to keep up with those high hopes.
However, as he grew up he started to realize he was attracted to men. He was sure he'd be treated poorly for it, espeacially since he was an alpha... He's kept it a secret ever since.
He's never dealt with too much srutinity for his mixed blood, but his wolf form scares the others and he's been too ashamed to change since he was young.

At nineteen Donte left his mountainous home to work Tiqurene as a body gaurd to the royal family.
Here in Tiqurene though he's learning that his 'dirty' blood is not appreciated. He's now dealing with prejudice and is a little closed off now because of his heritage and orientation...
Gets hot easily. Has many quarks he's trying to get out of the habit of like wagging his tail when he's happy or pushing his jaw forward so his long canine teeth stick out when he's concentrating.
Believes people demand more of him because he's an alpha.
Has a fun loving adventurous spirit but tries to act more serious and ribid than he actually is.
