2: Wardrobe & Body details.
Tho bastion can disguise himself for the most part he cannot remove his wings and tail, so he hides them under his cloke. He can change to his original form at will, but if the gems around his neck and on his forhead are removed or broken he reverts back to his true form. His wings are white and nails are black when disguised.
3: He wears a short tanktop underneath the cloke and jacket.
4: Eye Color. his eyelashes are white.

Oh and can't forget-
Weapons and battle tactic-y things: Basti being a #Silken makes him much more fragile then most creatures, hence he doesn't have much physical strength, instead he relies on speed and flight, extremely acrobatic. His weapons are his talons (One his feet and hands.) when he is in his Silken form.
Weigh's about fifty to sixty pounds so he's very light. And he's around five feet.
