I think that what you're seeing in the face is that the eyes are a little too close to each other. But other then that, it looks awesome! ^^

Cool! What you could do, is if you made her child a, a, ah darn I forgot what they're called now. The flying horse riders. Then you could make it that Kath gives her horse to her child. That way it doesn't seem like Kath ditched her horse for the bird. xD
