Here are the flags of
Floros, Levia,
Stormhollow, and Volkura.
(And a peek at what these places look like!)
Floros' symbol is an arrangement of leaves connected by two vines. Levia's symbol is a shield depicting the ocean with the fins of the Leviathan on each side.
Stormhollow's symbol is a swirly lightning bolt thing.
And Volkura's symbol is a pheonix.
(Ethireth was not included here because one: I didn't have enough room. And two: I haven't thought of a good design yet. :P)
