(An old OC of mine, tho just now posting him.) Coal is about 11 years old. He's a seer, but isn't very good at it yet, & he can't yet control when he'll get visions or if they're of the past or of the future, but if he has a Chaos Emerald, then his seer powers are amplified. & when he's having a vision, his blue markings/eyes glow. Also, he lives on the streets, & tends to pickpocket people often, & is quite good at it.
