So like, I thought about it, and this is probably the only way Heath can react to Ale's feelings for him :') He's used to only looking out for himself, and using others for his personal gain. That's just how he is. But now that he's become close with someone, he doesn't know how to handle it.
He's not cutting ties, or rejecting her. He just needs time to figure things out uvu The way Ale reacts is up to her though.
