You could always make one that looks like Carnage but some markings or extra features (which is a king/queen) or I could make a litter from Carnage and Penumbra and put one in the mix.
King/Queen is a Carkincean with extra limbs/feature like an extra pair of legs or a third nostril which is passed down through genetics. Carnage's father was a king so his chances of passing it down are pretty high.
