Well, the Alphas, Omegas and Betas are all humans, they are also called second genders so there's that(i forgot to explain that).
Some Alphas have good self control around Omegas in heat, but those who can't be influenced by th heat are those who are bonded with their mate/soulmate.
Betas are more in the grey area, seeing as they aren't that much affected by Omegas in heat. But there are times when the pheromones released is too strong and the Betas can't simply resist the desire. Once again, Betas bonded with their mates/soulmates aren't affected

As for the Omega, they can't really deny the desire since it's like 'mating season' for them. So they are often given a day/week off(depends ho long the heat is) locked in their homes where it is safe. Some take medicines(surpresants) to prevent themselves to go in heat if something important is coming. Even if bonded, they still go in heat..cus..well-they need to breed (o < o )
