Color Palette Oc!: Anom! by SinfulTrashCan
so @Chibinel inspired me to make my own color palette oc I named Anom. They're based off of the palled called "Someone Else"
Anom is a monster (I might make them an undertale oc as well, idk. If they are then they're a failed determination experiment by either Gaster or Alphys) they're shy, curious, kind, very quiet, alone, and very nervous. They can be either he or she.
