well.. you get to fight some new bosses(including Sans, which lots of people enjoy because of its high difficulty maybe).. it also has many interesting dialogue changes. also a story that reveals some stuff about flowey.. and other stuff.. maybe.. ?

Mostly the Sans fight makes people want to I think.
