Its sort of the same as why Omegas dont have knots. Omegas lack potent se.men to impregnate while Alpha's don't have a womb. Beta's just have the best of both worlds.

Hey, sorry about not reponding. To join you need to make a ref with all the required info. (all of that is in the original playback). But the joining session will be over real soon. So if you want to join, you are going to have to catch up with three rps and make a ref fast.
