u don't no who victor is?!?! he's like the most famous guy on here, his name is "Victor S." :), he makes this cartoon series called SNW(SwapNoteWars) it's when Victor tries to escape from Nikki in the 3ds app, swapnote u r most likely to find him in this week's best or maybe top ranked, he's a black guy with curly hair, but he's a little bit lighter than the guy in this picture, also in his comics, he is a mii, i hope u find him, he makes really good comics, this is an AWESOME picture btw :D ps his name icon is red, that might be a little bit more helpful pps culd u visit my gallery when u get the chance
