One of Dawns favorite places, it's a old building frame that has yet to be finished. (Maybe the people who originally built it ran out of money & didn't finish it.) You can see pretty much everything from where Dawn is on it & it's super nice on nights with hardly no clouds, people who see her up there think she's crazy, but due to the fact of being a chimera Dawn can move quickly & jump fairly high incase any of the beams fall or break.
