Not bad. The arms look like they're coming out of the center of its chest because of the yellow scales (the design of which makes me think they're belly scales). The nearer arm should cover them, like the nearer leg. The same goes for the wings, they should partially block the back where they're attached. Keep practicing, referance other pictures for ideas of how the body fits together, and you'll be awesome in no time!
