more info:
-I do not wish for this character to make interactions with cannon characters besides common Hotland enemies and maybe one or two of the 2nd-7th humans idk
-They might be able to talk through telepathy or w/e it's actually called, but it greatly drains her power to use it at all which is why most monsters think she can't actually talk
-Female, but doesn't understand the concept of gender at all
-could probably be used as a fire place
