Despite being physically and mentally capable due to his past service in a secret agency of sorts, Lucifer's speed and wit is usually restrained (though put to fair use) by his boss, Tawnsa.
He works as her right-hand-man of sorts, and loathes it entirely.
Castration may be necessary to get him to admit that he's under Tawnsa's iron financial thumb.
Also, he's a devon rex cat.
