Toren slumped down on the sand frustrated after the encounter with Dorian and by Malakai and Ravens arguing. He sighed, trying to clear the clutter from his mind, he suddenly felt something jab him from his satchle. He opened it up and remembered the small wrapped package they got from the dying man. . .

Malakai stood there in the sand, glaring from Raven to Toren, he huffed with rage. Anger still boiled deep inside him, he despritely wanted to kill someone or somethiing...

( @BloodHybrid YUSS! XD Me too! The hype is real!)

Malakai hissed with rage, his breath coming out in short wheezes. His back started to itch //not now// he growled to himself, taking off his jacket, Malakai lifted his face to the sky, taking deep breaths. Trying to calm himself and stop the itching

Sirius was opening his eyes slowly. He got up to see what appeared to be conflict, his head was hurting'
"What happened?" he asked.

(Hey there! I'll be here in a bit, need to finish dinner ;])

/Firstly, however, I must ensure that our herb stock consists of the necessary ingredients.../ Fiacail figured that it'd be rather wise to take inventory before commencing his concocting of the traditional pharmaceutical./If not, I'll scour the island for the proper herbs and temporarily leave my patient in Adara's care till my return./

Toren could feel the tension in the air, but soon became oblivious to his suroundings as he gazed into his satchle. he was tempted to open it, just to take a small look. . . yet at the same time tried to fight his curiosity. A sudden hiss snaped him out of his trance and he looked up to find Malakai attempting to calm himself and sirius waking up. "just ignore them" Toren responded to Sirius, "they arn't worth the trouble" he was still quite annoyed with everything that occured.

Malakai's head snapped back down as he heard what Toren said "You're not worth the trouble!" Malakai spat in a fit of rage, he started running and took off into the trees. Snarling with rage, he changed forms, lifting his head up he let out a rage filled howl.

Fiacail halted in his tracks as he started for the herbal storage, having heard a frail, wavering voice. He recognized it immediately, for the coyote humanoid's was impossible to shake away. Turning to face Sirius with a relieved smirk, he spoke in his direction," Ah, so you live!"

Sirius was still confused.
"Wait what? I mean like, ugggh, what happened to me, all I remember was being out at the beach then I woke up here." He paused.
"Also I saw where my other eye was, it seems we aren't alone out here." He explained.

/Not alone?/Toren groweled to himself, "great, more complications" he said in a sarcastic tone. It was obvious that he wasnt in the best mood. He felt chill as he heard Dorians metal fists clench tightly.

Malakai stood there, a red haze filling his vision, he forced his body to stay. //Don't do anything you'll regret!// he lectured himself..

Raven, having lost the excitement in a boiling fight, walked over to the fire and sat where he could see the entire camp. //Well that didn't last very long,// he thought in disappointment.

//Change back/// he willed his body, which slowly obeyed. Malakai felt his bones snap, howling in pain, he shifted painfully back into human form. Gaspiing on the ground, Malakai notiiced the pain took away most of his anger

Slight unease gripped at Fiacail's stomach upon receiving the latter portion of the wounded hybrid's statement. Though, in spite of that chilling statement, in an effort to calm his nerves by asking about the quizzical former update," I beg your pardon?" He cleared his throat. "But what might this be about the, um, location of your eye? Have you an inkling as to its pinpointed spot of dwelling?"

Sirius was very confused about what was happening.
At this point he wanted to just hide off somewhere and read.

Sirius responded to the only person who seemed to pay atention.
"It was a camp of sorts, there was a weapon on the ground and what appeared to dry blood."

(and now another shipping quadrant, moirails, the diamond, pretty much best buddies, they compliment eachother's personalities and create balance, sometimes it seems one is dependant on the other but not true
and I was unsure who to ship this way but I guess Sirius and Malakai? Idk)

Malakai laid on the ground, wincing in pain as he got up. He could hear the others back in camp //we need to get off this island today// sighing he glaced up at the sky, then he heard the ocean and it hit him. "I can go find another ship and bring it here!" he felt boyish excitement course through him...

The shapeshifter froze, petrified. It so happened that the two phrases had been connected, and in the worst way imaginable. "H-how do you savvy it would have ended up there?" He swallowed before adding in realization,"The others...should hear of this...we must leave this isle..."

Toren sat questly on the sand and pinched the bridge of his nose, attempting to quell the fire in his chest. dragon rage was an impatient and difficult thing to calm as it tended to last a while. He took a deep breath.

Out of boredom, Raven unsheathed his knife and picked up a narrow rock, then proceeded to carve one side of the stone into a sharp point.

(When do you suppose it should rain? XD Those threatening clouds have been waiting over a week!)

Sirius just wanted comfort out of all things.
"I think, maybe, there's something dangerous on this island, and it might have found my eye when no one was looking." Sirius explained.

( @Blood: Good idea. Everyone is thinking that they need to get off the island, but nobody is doing anything to get it done XD)

(btw whatever happened to Sirius's staff? He gave it to Kai as a walking stick and he left it, then Raven took it as a makeshift spear.)

Raven paused to glance up at the group of conversing survivors. "Who would care to steal your eyeball?" he asked Sirius in disgust.

( @pedro: I did? That one time, he picked a random stick, not Sirius' xP)

Sirius wanted to run off and have some silence.
"I don't know, I guess someone who likes a semi-shiny yellow sphere?"

(Yeah I remembered it because Raven noticed and used it but idk)

But where WERE the others?Fiacail suddenlybacknowledged Raven's hunched presence at the fire due in part to the sound of whittling wood. The centaur should know. "Excuse me, Raven," he approached. "From where have you returned? Surely the remainder of the gang should not be far, and I've some dire information I wish to impart. Information that could very well determine the outcome of everyone's survival."

(I hadn't been thinking about Sirius' staff when I had Raven pick up a stick... if you look at Raven's latest ref, the spear there is the one he picked. Right now, he is carving the head of the spear)

*suddenly acknowledged Bahaha! XD Backnowledged!

Sirius stood up, head still hurting but what could he do. He covered his eye to see where the other was, it was moving, a body next to it, it seemed to be on a belt of sort, behind what seemed to be a giant person, the eye was facing backwards and it seemed there was an arm dragging, was it someone from the group?

(well it's probably still on the ground somewhere)
Sirius then noticed something familiar.
"Guys I think we should pay atention to who isn't here."

Raven blinked confusedly at Fiacail for a moment, his brain struggling to make sense of the young man's sophisticated speech. "Err, the horned guy's over there," he finally replied, jabbing his knife in Toren's position at the edge of camp. "And the dwarf is..." He paused as his eyes flickered over the camp. //Where is he?// "Not sure." With a nonchalant shrug, Raven returned to shaping the stone into the head of his new spear.

"Whatever do you mean?" Fiacail faced the mildly delirious Sirius, waiting to be appraised of his reasoning.

Sirius quickly ran out from the camp and noticed his staff on the ground (eh) and exclaimed. "Everyone Malakai's in trouble!" He ran off trailing a distant smell of blood and well, Malakai himself.

"You've my sincere gratitude." he nodded to the semi-arachnidic teen.

He raced after Sirius as he uttered his abrupt exclamation, panting hard, half curious as to how someone who'd been unconscious merely minutes ago could possess such vigor.

Torens mind wandered back to his satchle and he opened it up in secret. /just one peek/ he though as he reached in and pulled out the wrapped bundle. Slowly he changed one of his nails into a sharp claw and cut the string keeping the wrapping together, then slowly unfolded the paper. //what the. . .// He stared intently at the oddly shaped object. it had had one end with two points, and the other only one. A fant glow came from it and it glimmered like diamond. /What is this thing?/ Torens quickly covered it back up and forced it into his bag. no one was going to have it but him. his obsession with glimmering things bringing out a fieirce protection of it, yet at the same time he did not want to hurt anyone for the sake of treasure.
Suddenly he heard Sirius shout out and he looked up to see him dash off.

(Aah, you see, folks? XD I'm so tired, I'm unintentionally inventing words!)

Malakai got up into a crouched position, dried blood staining his naked body, he grabbed Sirius' eye. And weakly braced himself for another attack

Sirius had noticed the smell getting stronger as he trailed it. He panicked when in the distance, he saw a large brute carrying Malakai away. An expression of pure fear covered his face, he couldn't take that down himself.

Raven glanced up when Sirius suddenly shouted out and charged into the trees. //What is his excitement for?// he pondered ignorantly.

Toren got to his feet. He tightened the strap for his swords sheith and considered running after everyone, he was still unsure wether he should get involved with how his current mood was, he didnt want to risk loosing himself. He felt the air change, and clouds began to form overhead.

Toren decided to head off, perhaps if there was someone else causing mayhem, he could blow off some of his anger, he pined his ears and started to head off, following the tracks of the others.

Sirius gained courage and ran forward. He called out.
"Everyone I'm over here!" and kept running, sticking his staff in the ground to leave a trail as he ran.

( @Fady Certainly, so long as you've a steady enough hand as well as a powerful enough microscope to cut an infinitieth of a sliver out of a penny. XDDD)

( @Raksha: Ugh, I could not imagine waiting on people: I am just not an extravert T-T I once went clothes shopping, and ended up neatly folding and organizing an entire stack of jumbled-up clothing, so I might do well at a clothing store. XD)

Malakai stood there firm, eyes darting to and fro. //You leave me alone when I'm a wolf huh?// he huffed in annoyance, he bent down a gently scooped Sirius' eye into his mouth //Ew// he shuttered, turning he stalked away from the horror scene that was this camp.

"Uhh, where is everybody going?" Raven asked nobody in particular. "Did I miss out on something vitally important...?"

Toren heared Sirius call back and followed the trail he had left with his staff. Hopefully they find Malakai fine, yet in the back of his mind, Toren wanted a stranger to show, someone he could release his rage upon.

Malakai jumped as he heard Sirius call him, quickly he bounded over to him. Stopping in front of Sirius, he parted his jaws enough for Sirius to grab his eye.

Sirius kept on trailing the scent, still leaving a trail for the others to follow.
He eventually found the camp he witnessed, no one was around.
"MALAKAI!" he yelled out for the person he wentmout to search.

Sirius looked at Malakai, happy to see he was semi-okay. He noticed his eye in his mouth and grabbed it, he wiped it and put it back in his socket.
"I'm glad your ok!" he exclaimed.

Malakai felt warmed by Sirius' tone. //Atleast someone's glad to see me// he couldn't stop himself from wagging his tail slightly.

Fiacail's pursuit had led him to most of the others, just on the outskirts of the very woods that frightened him just the night before. The fact that the gang was faced towards the dark jungle allowed him to confirm that wherever Malakai was, he was somewhere in there yet again. Suddenly, he felt an icy prickle at the back of his neck. Something moist, he concluded with dread. /Oh, not now!/ he sulked as a light drizzle began to descend upon the earth.

Raven stared cluelessly as the last of the survivors streaked into the jungle. "Um... I guess I'm holding camp then?"

Toren continued forward through the brush, keeping an eye on Siriu's windimg trail. A rain drop hit his nose and made him jump slightly. /Great, now rain/ He thought. Torens stomach groweled again, hunger adding to his terrible mood...//maybe...i can eat him?// Toren thought of the stranger and laughed meniachally to himself, //if i catch him this mood i will//. Ahead of him Toren noticed Sirius, and... Malakai? He picked up his pace and headed towards them.

Malakai felt a shiver run down his spine as a rain drop splattered off his nose, sneezing he pressed his flank against Sirius. //Great rain, that's all we need//

He looked across from him and noticed Adara's similar dismay. "We ought to head on in as soon as possible," he brought to her attention out of his own fear and annoyance at what he would become. He could feel a tingling sensation heralding the transformation as he spoke.

"Sirius, Malakai!" Toren called out as he approached them, "what the heck happened, where were you too!" Toren huffed, still agrivated, and now wet and hungry to boot.

Malakai turned his head as he heard someone coming through the path, he caught a glimpse of Toren's horns and relaxed. A sigh rippled through him..

Sirius didn't mind the rain, but liked the comfort of someone close.

Raven slumped boredly in the camp until drops of rain began to splatter his bare skin. //Great way to make my mood worse,// he grumbled to himself. With a scowl, he trudged over to the shelter and settled down in a spot where he could see both the camp and the borders of the forest.

Sirius began to explain.
"Well you see I noticed through my newlyn recovered eyeball that something was dragging around Malakai, I then ran after him.

Malakai then heard Toren's aggrevaited tone. Twitching his ears he geastured with his massive head around the camp //look around you, ya blind goat// he snorted and started licking his wound..

Toren groweled slightly at Malakai, then listened to Sirius explain while he looked at his surroundings. It was a camp like area, dried blood covering the now wet ground. "Is he still here?" Toren asked trying to pick up a scent, but all he was getting was death.

Fiacail's vision distorted as he stumbled clumsily, and it was then that he realized he'd reached the peak of his intermediate form. He squinted at where his hands formerly had been, for they were now replaced by dark stubs reminiscent of a cetacean's pectoral fin. "Blast it all," he muttered, staggering to his feet and fumbling awkwardly for his goggles. /I can only pray she saw nothing of this/.

(Poor Raven's gonna miss out on the action XD)

Malakai heard the undergrowth crackle and a blurred shape slammed into Toren. Malakai twitched his ears in amusement //this outta be good//

Toren suddenly felt a huge impact from behind him as he was forced forward onto the ground, /what the!/ Torens heart raced and he let out a deep ravenous growel as he pushed himself up and whirled around. he grabed his chest attempting to contain the beast within and looked into the eyes of a pig face mask.

( @BloodHybrid Yay! CX I, for one, think they would have good chemistry, what with the fire/water, sky/sea theme they'd have going. Plus, they both despise rain! CX)

Malakai moved back with Sirius, giving Toren enough room. He felt the faun could handle himself, but he remained watching just incase...

Raven finally finished carving the head for his spear. He tested its sharpness with a fingertip and was satisfied to see that it pricked his skin upon contact. After producing a long strap of leather from his saddle bag, he picked up the crooked stick that he had found the day before and fastened the sharpened rock to its end. Holding it in front of him, Raven inspected his new weapon. //It'll have to do,// he eventually decided.

//. Eeeasy // Toren told himself trying to calm himself and prevent a shift, he could not allow his identity to be exposed, but the anger he felt seemed so overwhelming. Toren bared his sharp teeth and let out an ominous hiss/growl. He drew his sword and prepared to fight. The pig man was a tall and dominating figure, and Toren knew he would be a challenge in his human form. In rage and not thinking clearly, Toren dashed forward.

(Hey, maybe for as far as getting off the island's concerned, some of those who can't fly or transform into a marine creature can be towed by some of Fiacail's adopted family! :D They were the ones that rescued them in the first place.)

(That's an idea! I was also thinking that somebody who can fly can get a ship's attention and lead it to the island. If it were another ship destined for Vale, it would move the plot along much faster :3)

In blind rage toren had miscalculated his opponents speed, and the pig man sidestepped torens charge and returned with a forcefull knee to Torens gut. Toren coughed, the wind nockdd out of him as he jumped back and gasped for air before swinging his blade upward and slicing a finger off the pig man who wailed loudly.
//Calm down, calm down, calm down// Toren repeayed to himself, the anger causing his eyes to become slit.

(toren will probs loose control, which means he will probs set the forest ablaze, which should hopefully force us off the island, thank goodness its raining though)

Fiacail adjusted his eyewear so it would extend past either side of his melon, and blinked rapidly as the world came into focus once again through the specialized lenses. Little did he know that he wasn't too many lengths away from camp, and recalled that at least one certain member of the group may very well still be there. Sure enough, he abruptly found himself staring directly at an aghast Raven.

Malakai's fur spiked along his neck as he watched the pigman drive the air out of Toren. He stood up and for the first time, since being on this island, he felt concerned. He paced around Sirius all the while keeping an eye on the fighting men.
(Malakai's just commentating lmao, idk what to do)

(Lets Say Sorius is in a fighting stance just incase something happens)

Raven's glazed eyes wandered to the darkened sky as rainclouds thickened into rumbling thunderclouds. //Ominous...// he thought uneasily. A shiver crawled up his spine, and he instinctively tightened his grip on the spear in his hand.

(Kole# Aww. CX I can't wait to see how that plays out!)

Toren recaptured his air and this time let out a roar towards his enemy. //im gona kill him! Ill eat him alive!// Torens dragon inside cried out in his head as he tried to maintain his form. He sheithed his sword and took it off his back, tossing it towards where Malakai and Sirius were stood. //Ill fight you hand to hand then!// he groweled. Again Toren lunged forward, the pig man preparing to sidestep once more, but this time Toren was ready. Instead of continuing forward he leaped up, taking out his claws and landing his feat on the pig mans chest. Toren then dug his teeth into the pig mans shoulder.

Malakai watched Toren's sword slide towards him and noticed Toren go savage. Malakai felt himself get caught up in the fight, throwing his head back, he let out an ear splitting howl, cheering Toren on

(I just want to get home in time for Toren to shape shift, and Sirius to be like "aha I knew it!" Because horns and probably noticing le shiny on Toren's chest)

Raven nodded, but anxiety still chewed at his mind, so he paced restlessly in an attempt to calm himself. //Something's not right...// he thought.

Fiacail reluctantly made his way to camp as well. /Why should I attempt to hide my ...abnormalities?/ he chuckled softly in disbelief./ We are all misfits.And, as I myself declared: us misfits are bound to stick together, come what may/.

The howl from Malakai drove Torens teeth further into the pig mans shoulder as he wailed loudly. The pig man brought up a large fist and hit Toren in the ribs, forcing him off, and then clenched his shoulder as he bled. Toren hit the mud and rolled, but managed to pick himself up quickly. he was begining to loose thought, and struggled with himself as he clenched his chest tightly, threatening to tear out the heart that kept him alive. "I- i cant, . . . control . . ." Toren managed to say before the pig man came barreling towards him.

//Get him! Get him!// Malakai kneaded his front paws in the ground, adrenaline pulsing through his veins. He briefly heard Toren stammer something but was too caught up in the fight to care..

Toren attempted to get to his feet and dash, but the pig man was onop of him before he knew it. Suddenly he felt a sharp blow to his lower back and blood coughed from his mouth. SNAP. In an instant Toren felt the fire consume him. His eyes were the first to change, the scelaira turning black and his pupils constricting to a slit. He felt his body contort and his neck and face elongate with a continual crunching. In mid change he twisted around his serpintine neck to look down on the pig man below him and CRUCH. Fiacail couldn't shake the notion that he was being...observed. Following the direction of the gaze he had believed to have seen almost caused his heart to leap out of his chest. "M-Miss A-A-Adara!" he could feel an invisible flush creep across his features. Resignedly, he added,"I suppose neither of us care for the rain..."

Malakai gasped in shock as Toren changed..into a dragon! He watched as Toren easily ate half of the man. Fear pricked in his heart and for some reason he curled his tail defensively around Sirius, ready to bolt if the dragon attacked...

(back) Sirius observed Toren shapeshift in front of him. He had suspiscions about Toren being a dragon but now he realized the scary truth about that. The horns gave him a clue and he did notice something glisten on his chest once.
"Oh my goodness!" He dropped his staff and was both impressed and terrified, he hid behind Malakai.

(It has begun..!! *u*)

Baffled, he sauntered over to the flame-haired young woman, stopping just in front of her shelter. "O-oh? And what might that be?"

(Malakai and Sirius be moirails indeed )

(XD I love how the one occasion in which Fiacail and Adara finally share a personal bond is when an enraged dragon-Toren will set fire to the entire island! XD)

Torens legs continued to grow out, and his arms and fingers twisted and bent with webbing as he picked up the pig man in his jaws and shook him. His tail wipped back clearing anything in its path and he threw back hos head chomping on the pig man one last time before consuming him. He stood towering amoungst in a newly made clearing, and let out a fiery roar, breaking through the rain and thunder.

Raven's heart suddenly lurched, and he froze. //Something is coming... something bad.// Memories danced in the back of his mind, but he forced them away.

Malakai decided it was no longer safe around the enraged Toren, twisting he grabbed Sirius by the poncho, easily carry him off the ground, and charged through the forest. He had to get everyone off this island now!

Sirius was terrified as he witnessed what was happening infront of him. He couldn't help but yell out.
"Toren, are you still there?"
He was hoping he didn't lose himself fully.

Malakai's heart skipped a beat as he heard Sirius call out to Toren. //Don't call out to him! You stupid coyote!// fear edged in his mind and hee ran harder

As if it were possible, Fiacail's heart raced even faster once that stunning truth was revealed to him. Then he nodded, whispering" But of course. Never shall I tell anyone till the day I breathe my last.You have my word on it." He noticed she was still shivering a bit, and shrugged off his longcoat, offering it to her. "Just in case you need a bit more...water-proof. I mind none."

An ear-splitting roar suddenly tore through the air from somewhere within the island, and Raven's hairs stood on end. Images flooded his mind. The silhouette of a giant beast. The Wastelands. His mother. Blood. Raven clasped his hands to te sides of his head, trying to block te memories out. //What is happening?// he thought frantically.

Toren breathed in the cool rainy air,his normal self bairly consious. "please . . . someone . . . stop me" he cried out in scilence as conciousness continued to fade. Meanwhile the dragon breathed in and in a light blue blast forced a jet of fire into the trees infront of him, its rage still consuming Torens body.

Malakai spotted the camp up ahead and pitched Sirius into the camps opening, as he burst from the trees, Malakai shifted into his human form and yelled at the top of his lungs "We have to get off this island now!" fear was extremely evident in his face and voice

(perfect ending, extreme cliffhanger, duh duh duuuuh)

Raven stood frozen facing the treeline, unable to move. He recognized that sound like the back of his hand. That was the sound that filled his ears when he lost his mother. Memories continued to flash across his vision like a movie, and his hand trailed to the viscous scar on his eye. He knew what it was. A dragon. And he hated them.

(Alrighty! This cliffhanger is gonna torture me all week! XD)
