This was once a vent from a while ago that i never finished so i changed it to this. Anyway i adopted him from @4-Adopt
His name is Flake. one day he was out in the snow with his friends playing a snowballfight. he got hit in the eye w/ a snowball w/ a piece of ice in it and it caused him to go blind (the grey eye) that also caused ice powers to form so he freezes anything he touches. He also likes hot chocolate & scarfs
