well steven's mom died when he was born and his mothers gem [ a ruby] was left on his belly button. there are other gems from their planet that wanna destroy earth to start a cluster and create more gems. while some rebelled like rose quartz [ stevens mom] ruby [ a guard gem that fuses with saffire and they become the gem fusion known as garnet] [which normally they stay fused because they are kinda like a lesbian alien couple] pearl [ a know it all messenger gem who rebeled cause she loved rose- even after rose died she still loves her-] amethyst [ a rough and tough tom boy gem who likes steven's dad Greg-who married rose and they had steven-] ...

there are ruler gems for different gems made there is one gem ruler Yellow Diamond [ who is as i said just a ruler who wants to destroy earth cause it has all the things they need to produce a successful cluster] . there are many other rulers but they have only focused on one so far. other gems Peridot [ a gem that serves Yellow Diamond and tried to get the cluster started - which she was unsuccessful because the Crystal Gems... Steven, Garnet, Pearl, and Amythest.... stopped her and caught her. steven then shows her all the beauty in Beach City..which is where Steven lives [ w/ crystal gems in a house ontop of a cliff overlooking the ocean] and Peridot changes and contacts Yellow Diamond to try and change her mind about the cluster but she refuses to change so peridot calls her a claud[ a clump of dirt which to gems is very offensive] and destroys the communicator turning her into a crystal gem [ she doesnt change or anything she just is part now of their gem rebel group] ...

sure were gonna do a steven universe rp and i was explaining to her the whole story line since she doesnt know much about it

do i need to explain the rest or do u know about steven universe enough to rp it - Rainbow

or does anyone for that matter need to no anything else about Steven Universe
