Excuse me, I watched your explanation for the Dragon Society, but I have some questions regarding exactly how one joins. Does one just make and tag a ref, or is there more that has to be done?

Re: Oh, ok. I'm alright with waiting for the next RP. After all, I'll have to think up a character. Which leads me to my second set of questions: Must any character that enters be in one of the two clans, or is there an option to be independent? For example, a traveler from a distant land, a wandering trader of goods, nomadic herdsmen[or in this case, dragons]ect. Also, just out of curiosity, what type of society is being portrayed here? Agricultural villages? City states? Kingdoms?
