The pose was already great to start with, and this solid coloring provides a bolder idea of the color scheme you've chosen! ^-^ I know this is still a work in progress, but some nice, dramatic shading and lighting would make for a spectacular result!

Re: CX That's okay. I understood. And yeah, I know what it's like having finished products appear in your head and how awesome they look in your personal vision versus explaining it or how it ends up being portrayed in the actual thing.
