Oh... I´m very sorry for you. I have no pets but I think the pain of losing it is comparable to losing a brother or sister. I can imagine that its harmful getting a dog that is so similar to the one that just passed away. A different dog could be better to forget the pain I think, so another size, a small dog, would be better. Mabye you can argue that way to convince your family. Good luck!

i'll try that i think the reason they want a big dog is because they wan a very active dog just gotta find the right breed thank you

I think you need to give whatever dog they get a fair chance and you might grow to love it.
