"Sadly I'm back..With some new problems,I have family issues in real life and school has just been terrible,Shes getting in my conversations and everytime I say mind your own business she always say 'I wasn't talking to you' ITS SO ANNOYING and thing today a boy said to me 'why are ease dropping?' I was so upset its really irritating she even tried to show me her art when I wasn't in the mood She doesn't realize I'm going to snap soon but I just need some advice to delay it..."

It sounds like she wants your attention. If she treats everyone like this, she just wants attention period, but if it's just you, she may want to be friends but doesn't know how in a way that you don't find annoying. She's not necessarily trying to be annoying at all. Sometimes it just comes out and she may really not want to be annoying, but not know how while still trying to get you to pay attention to and like her. She's not a terrible person for being awkward around you. She has feelings, so think about that and it will be easier to be patient with her because she'll seem more human. You have several options and may have to try more than one to see which works for her since everyone's different. One is ignoring her for a while. Another is politely saying you're busy or just smiling and moving on. Another is talking to her honestly about her behavior, how you feel and asking how she feels. Another is trying to befriend her & see if she no longer feels a need to get your attention.
