idk man i haven't seen her online in a while, i wouldn't get too worried about it though. sh'es probably busy with getting ready for finals and other stuff
Re: Eeehhh... either name is fine, considering he's been called both 'Robotnik' and 'Eggman' for the longest time. ..and I don't know what 'Satam' is.. o-o'
Re: Oh, that one! I've seen it before.. I've never taken in interest in it. Not saying it's bad or anything. I may sit and watch it one of these times, though.
Ah yes, I was waiting for this one. The "just don't post it comment". Not in any offense to you, I just hear it a LOT. I post my art online specifically so other people can see it. I want to make some extra money off of my art. If people can't see it, they won't buy it. And saying it's my fault for posting my own work is ridiculous. Yes, I know people will steal my art. My issue is that the sites who supposedly "support artists" don't do jack when art is blatantly copied and stolen. This specific instance of art theft isn't a massive issue. But I would much rather let young up-and-coming artists know that stealing is wrong before it gets any worse. I appreciate your concern, but I shouldn't have to hide my own art and let art thieves get away with whatever they do.
re: Instead of advising kids of copyright and respect in art class, we were actually encouraged to trace and copy images. I think the issue is that those people aren't told that selling copied work is against the law. So later on down the line, they just don't know any better. The internet has made it easier to steal art, but I'm not going to let it throw me off my game. As I said, I just want people to know stealing is wrong before it gets out of hand. And sorry if my previous comment came off as rude, I'm just in a bad mood right now. It's nothing against you
Dude no, everyone should have a right to post their art and original characters to the internet. That's like saying don't own stuff that people will want to steal.
Also, it's not as easy as you think to get a copyright. This person had no right to trace her art. The movie thing is a WHOLE different issue, they didn't directly trace from the Disney movies.
