lots and lots of practice, just do what I did, take a picture of your hand and set it as an overlay and do the guides then fill on the picture so you have the feel of how that pose goes. Then move the picture to top only and on the other side of the screen use what you drew and the picture to recreate the pose. You have no idea how much that helps
