Phantom (Close friends call her Phan) is a Cleric. The strip of cloth is from her (de.ad) mothers collar. She can be cold hearted but contrary to the phrase "Cold hard truth" is more of an Idealist. She's brave and if you get to her more friendly side can be quite a softie.
