Oh look, another Sans. But this time, he comes from my dreams. Last night, I dreamed I was on a spaceship with many fictional characters (eg - Ultra Magnus, Asgore), and I had time powers. It was later revealed in the dream I was Sans.

The time powers allow Sans to temporarily PAUSE time (he can still move, making him seem like he's warping), and have short bursts of reversing or fast forwarding time.
