(goood, busy as heck and a bit stressed but good overall. i also dont remember too much from last week, we can wait a little longer and then start.)

(Well, we just came across ((wolf)) Malakai, Raven had him pinned to the ground, and Adara was going to bury the unfortunate man's body. XD)

(Sorry for commenting from online! I'll get on my 3ds once the roleplay starts)

(Hey @Whale! haha yup im alright! and thanks! well i think we should get started then, i dont have much time to RP today, so if i randomly dissapear feel free to keep going without me for a bit :) )

Toren examined the clothes he came accross when charging into the jungle. they were Malakai's. Toren quickly picked up the clothing and looked around, trying to find any tracks that led away from the scene.
(i think thats where i was at)

Malakai snarled up at the boy "Get Off!!" Malakai started thrashing about trying to throw the boy off

Raven paused with his makeshift spear halfway towards his victim's throat when he noticed that it was only a large wolf. "A wolf in a jungle?" he mumbled in confusion.

Deciding that slaughtering the struggling wolf would be a waste of time, Raven released his victim and stepped back, spear at the ready in case it attempted to attack him.

Fiacail fixed his aqua gaze on the massive canid. There had just been something vague about him that had seemed so familiar somehow... He knew vaguely his identity and failed to recall the scarred teen's name, but he surprisingly glimpsed a sort of spark identical to said boy, despite having driven the least bit of attention to him.

Torens ears twitched at thhe sound of a not too far off growel, Quickly he got to his feet and dashed through the underbrush, // i hope im not too late!// He could only hope that the left behind clothes didnt mean the worst for Malakai.

Malakai felt the boy release him, he bounced up and took a few paces backwards, then he paused, staring at the boy. Malakai tilted his head, "I feel I know him" he shook his head, he growled at the boy, turning he paced back into the forest

(Hey! Long time no see, Raksha!)

(Dorian was so involved with cleaning his prosthetics out that he totally forgot his surroundings XD)

Raven's withdrawal jolted him back to reality, his heart thudding as he was reminded of the monstrous wolf's highly potential hostility. He then executed the centaur's current actions as well, the partially-
unsheathed blade of his own weapon glinting like an opaque diamond in the translucent moonlight. His eyes glimmered with anxiety.

Malakai trotted through the forest, his ears were constantly swivelling, nose twitched trying to pick up any strange scents. //I should find my clothes// Malakai gazed up at the darkening sky, night was coming fast.

(Raksha me pal! good to have you on!)

Toren continued to race forward. The settingsun dimming his surroundings as he went, until he noticed two familiar figures ina clearing, It was Raven and Fiacail. Toren jumped into the clearin, "Raven, Fiacail, wheres Malakai?!"

Seeing the creature retreat into the shade of the woods, Fiacail's breathing slowed at last, his tense stance relaxing. "He does appear to bear certain resemblance to some individual we've come across before," he uttered between gasps.

Malakai started retraced his steps, his body felt stiff with unease. "I don't like this" he growled, "I don't want to be alone in the forest at night" he quickened his pace...

Fiacail jerked his head to face Toren as the impossible truth dawned on him.After pausing for a time out of astonishment, he replied as placidly as possible, "I believe... he was just here..." he gestured to a clump of fur stirring mildly in the night breeze.

"Unless we develop night vision, our hopes of finding him without the sunlight are about spent," Raven mumbled. "What kind of madness persuaded him to wander into this forest anyways?"

Toren raised an eyebrow as he watched Fiacails face turn to sudden realization. He quickly turned around seeing something dissapear into the trees. /a...wolf?/

"Was he not gathering neccessities for our group?" Fiacail was slightly surprised to have retained this 'Malakai's' appointed task.

"I think he was" Toren replyed to Fiacail. "and Ravens right. we should head back to camp. If that really was Malakai . . , he will be wating these back" Toren lifted up Malakais clothes. "Hopefully he can care for himself, though im still a bit worried about him..."

"Instead of worrying about Malakai, how about we think about how we will get back?" Raven suggested. After all, they had charged into the jungle without marking their path, amd by then, it was too datk to recognize their surroundings.

(Ah, sorry for all the typos xP)

The cetacean shapeshifter nodded to Toren, then turned to his unlikeliest of allies, whom had brought up some good points. "Perhaps if we were to construct a torch..." he pondered aloud.

"One of us could stand guard while yet another leads..."

Raven shook his head. "Torches will bring the attention of night-dwellers to us," he mentioned.

( @BloodHybrid *cue LEGO Movie reference: "Honey, where are my PAAAAANTS?" X'D)

( @Whaley: NOOO XDXDXD)

"Hmm well... i think i smell smoke from that direction, though i could be wrong..." Toren pointed off to the west. "either way we are on an island. if we can find the beach we can find the camp."

"...So I figured as well..." Fiacail knew they did not wish for any unneccessary trouble. "Wait, if I can tweak my goggles..." his face lit up in excitement. "It won't take long!"

(Wow, is Raven the only one who sees like a normal human? XD)

Aside from wilting a bit from Toren having come up with a simpler solution, he concurred that an adjustment to his eyewear would definitely provide an easier means of navigating in darkness on land.

( @Fady Well, of course Fiacail can see like an average human... in his human form, anyway. CX Otherwise, his eyes are on the sides of his head. In his anthro form, that's when his goggles really come in handy.)

( @Whaley: Ahh, that makes sense! Well thought-out! ;)

(Torens eyesight isnt the greatest in the jungle at night. his dragon eyes are better at seeing though smoke or clouds than dark jungles, but its probably a bit better than a humans.)
"Well... we may as well get moving. It would be best to be out of this jungle sooner rather than later" He attempted to make his way through the dark brush. The undergrowth was thick and the increasing darknes made it difficult. /Suppose ill leave Malakais clothes in the woods beside the camp, he will probably be wating those back...//

(haha Adara is totally mom lol)

Striding behind the faun and alongside Raven, Fiacail's mind was highly alert, as if something could spring in an instant from his peripheral vision obscured by dark foliage on either side.

( @Blood: Has Malakai shifted back yet? I don't recall...)

( @Fady Yes, hence the whole "unable to locate his pants" thing... XD)

"uh...I think i see a light up ahead" Toren squinted his eyes, "It looks like the camps up ahead." Toren quickened his pace slightly, then remebered Malakais clothes were still with him. "you two go on ahead" he motioned to Raven and Fiacail, he then took out the clothes and hung them on a branch where he was sure Malakai would notice them. /silly brat/ he mumbled to himself, /i thought he was dead./

(wow my spelling and writing are horrible today! sorry about that guys! ive been writing essays all day so my brain is a bit fried :S )

"Alright then," He responded to Toren. Glancing beside him, he spoke to the spider-lad,"Apparently, it's just us then, Spidey." They continued making their way to camp.

Raven nodded at Toren before heading towards the camp, Fiacail at his side.
(No problem KJ! I've been making some mistakes too XD)

(Spidey? Is that the best you can come up with, Fiacail? XDD)

After hanging up Malakais clothes Toren walked a little distance away and leaned on a tree facing the camps direction. /suppose ill wait for the short one he thought/ He yawned and his stomach growled, having had nothing to eat was starting take a toll on both his energy and his attitude.

/Hm, how peculiar.../ he reflected. /It has yet to be a sunrise since I've known of his existence, and I have gone from being scared out of my wits to providing him with a nickname, I've conquered my fear so swiftly./

( @Fady Ya can't blame him, as he's still frightened of being mauled by a pig-man or giant wolf that happens to be an accquaintance at any second. XDXDXD)

"probably a bit shocked" Toren interupted Malakai from the trees. He sighed, stretching his arms and placing them behind his head. "But we all have our secrets..." he looked toward camp.

(I'm pretty sure that Raven is going to get fed up with that nickname though... Fiacail'd better come up with something else soon XD)

( @Kjumper Boy, do I know what that's like... XC We love writing, yet essays sure can drain our stamina.)

Malakai jumped as the horn man interupted his thoughts. "Uh.." he sighed staring at the ground, he felt bad if he made people worry about him. Hanging his head low he trudged towards the camp.

( @Whaley: Raven is eternally grateful to you. XD)

Toren watched Malakai saunter past, "I wouldn't feel too down." he got up from leaning on the tree and joined Malakai on the walk back. "We're a group of outcasts and misfits as far as i can tell. our main concern is getting everyone off this island, alive."

@Fady And Raven is eternally welcome. CX)

"I suppose so" Malakai said as the horned man walked up to him. Malakai felt a little awkward not knowing what the man's name was, "Do you mind telling me what your name is? So that way I have something to call you" he glanced up "My name is Malakai"

"So..." Fiacail started up abruptly, trying to make conversation. "What land are you from?"

( :O Those be some mad hunting skills, Dorian!)

"Ah" toren felt slightly embaressed at forgetting to give his name. "Its Toren. Toren Shale."

Raven stifled a jolt when Fiacail suddenly spoke up. "Hm? Oh. The Southern Wastelands," he replied.

"Cool name Toren" Malakai said grinning up at him, he then turned his head back to the forest, he could smell the smoke from the small camp fire just up ahead

"Ah, I see... I was born on the main Island of Vale's northern chain of isles." He instinctively fumbled with the cherished pendant that he concealed in his coat pocket.

(Adara, not in front of the children! XD)

(Wow, it's taking a long time for Raven and Fiacail to return to camp... did they make a wrong turn? XD)

Malakai glanced around the camp, noticing the spider-boy standing there, Malakai felt his blood boil. Thinking to himself "Pounce me again and next time I'll bite your legs off!" He growled

(woops, my bad timing is bad lol)
Toren had finaly reached the camp with Malakai. He looked around and saw Adara and Dorian, who was finally on his feet, hauling a large catch. His stomach groweled again, this time more ravenous and dragon like then he could conseal, and he turned his face away a bit embarassed but none the less excited about food.

(In front of the children? Shame on her! XD Raven admittedly doesn't have the cleanest tongue either though... he's lived alone for a long time, after all XD)

Raven arched an eyebrow at Fiacail. "You're Valenian?" he queried. //I had assumed that all of us were Ethonians, judging on where our ship launched from...//

(Hold on, they've just arrived... XD Shh... Plot convenience...)
At long last, the two had succeeded in returning to camp. Fiacail immediately wondered if Adara was present here as well. And how was-Dorian- doing?

Malakai heard a growl come from Toren, "what the..?" he said out loud /That was far from human or a faun/ his eyes lit up with interest, what exactly was Toren?

(Pretend that he gave some sort of response of validation before their arrival. XD)

( @Whaley: Sure, let's go with that XD)

( @Blood: I had actually considered giving Raven a dead sense of direction... maybe I should start thinking about that again...)

"G-good evening, my lady," Fiacail attempted to sound more courteous, nodding. "All is well...Say, how's Dorian?" Fiacail fought back a luminescent blush in her presence.

( @Kole# Okay, then. ^-^)

Toren blushed slightly and scouled looking away from both Malakai and Dorian. He let out a huff and then walked over to help Dorian. "Im not much for skinning, but if give me the main parts of meat ill skewer them put them over the fire."

(Underwater, Fiacail has a rather acute sense of direction. On land... not so much. XD)

Raven made his way over to the campfire and crouched in front of it, welcoming the warmth that it provided. He had been running so much in the jungle that he hadn't noticed the sudden drop in temperature until he had seen the fire.

Malakai realized how everyone was starting to busy themselves with tasks, gazing into the pitiful fire they had going. Walking to the edge of the forest Malakai started gathering things to burn to keep the fire going

Toren began Skewering the meat and sticking it over the fire. /man im so hungry/ he mouth watered. /I could eat this raw if there wasnt anyone around./ He stared at the roasting meet in a hungry daze. Not noticing the heat of the fire was so close to him.

Malakai walked over to the fire and dropped everything he gathered right beside it, he noticed the spider sitting there. Malakai twisted his mouth in the barest of smiles "Names Malakai, what's yours?"

(Heyo @Kole!)

"Y-yes... I'm rather famished." He smiled lopsidedly and made his way to the venison that awaited them all.

Raven's eyes flickered to Malakai when the boy introduced himself. "I'm Raven," he replied. "Great to see you're still alive," he added, the faintest hint of sarcasm in his normally monotone voice.

As soon as a piece of meat was ready Toren snatched it of the fire and began tearing away at it with his sharp fangs. /I might seem rude for eating first, but a starving dragon isnt something i want too loose contol of/ he thought as he ate his share quietly, ignoring the others for the breif moments he had food.

Malakai heard what sounded like sarcasm come from Raven. He gritted his teeth and sat down looking away from Raven, he didn't want to do something he might regret.

Malakai watched a Toren started eating the meat like a starving wolf. He couldn't help but chuckle at that.

After consuming the succulent deer meat, Fiacail joined the others at the fire when he noticed that Malakai had returned. "You sure had us concerned. I still cannot believe that that enormous wolf we witnessed was you. Nonetheless, glad to have you back."

Malakai glanced at the man who just spoke to him. "Was it that obvious that it was me?" he sighed, his voice sounded emotionless

Raven glanced back and forth between the two survivors confusedly. "The wolf? We knew that wolf?"

(Im gona have to go guys! need to finish an essay tonight,)

Malakai grabbed a piece of meat off the fire and bit into it. "Mmm" he heard his stomach growl, just realizing now how hungry he had become.

A soft glow danced about Fiacail's face, due in part to the flame and also amusement. "Not terribly so. But that one glint in your eyes gave you away."

(Raven is so logically-minded that he's overlooked the fact that Malakai could be a shapeshifter 'XD)

( @Kole: Ahh, sorry Adara for ignoring you! ToT)

(you guys can continue a bit if you want :) ill hopefully post an update sometime during the week)

(Bummer, KJ! Are we going to continue without you or call it quits now?)

"Guess my intuitive must have to do with my being a shapeshifter as well." He considered the possibility.

Raven reached out for a piece of meat. "I guess we really are a pack of misfits," he muttured under his breath. //An elf, a faun, at least two shapeshifters, a coyote-hybrid and a centaur, huh?//

( @BloodHybrid I've no clue. XD My 3DS is running out of battery, though... :/ I'll only be here a tad longer, I suppose.)

While nibbling on the hot skewered meat in his hand, Raven noticed the bright-haired girl sitting quitely from the corner of his eye. "Are you going to eat?" he asked.

"Well, us misfits are bound to stick together, are we not, Raven?" He knew that using the centaur's true name would prove as a signal of respect in this situation. /We all may as well eventually become authentic allies at this rate.../

Malakai after eating his share, propped his head on his hand and started dozing off under the stary night sky.

He felt safe and comfortable around everyone, even around the snotty spider kid. He felt sleep tugged at his eyelids. He groaned and collapsed into the sand

( @Blood: Ouch... XDDD)

Realizing Adara had yet to eat, he became concerned. " You, of all of us, have more than earned your rations for today, Adara." He found her name to be a divine cluster of syllables rolling off the tongue.

Malakai reached over and tugged his jacket over him like a blanket, within seconds Malakai was softly snoring...

"I'm sure there's plenty to go around." Raven shrugged before returning to his meal, but he couldn't help but wonder whether he was right or not as he watched Toren grab a fourth serving of meat.

( @Blood: It's more interesting this way though XD)

(Hi guys, sorry I wasn't here today, im at a party out in a ranch being forced to socialize, let's pretend Sirius had been at camp resting because of hunger, I hope i'll be able to rp next time)

Fiacail chuckled softly upon hearing Malakai's snoring."Poor lad couldn't make it to the fort."

Raven gazed with unamused eyes at the boy who was now sound asleep on the ground. //Sweet dreams,// he muttered sarcastically in his head.

(I had the option to stay at home and didn't realize we would be gone so long, if I knew I would have stayed)

( @pedro: I'm so sorry that you couldn't make it today! I know how it feels to be forcedto socialize, being the introvert that I am...)

( @Blood: I think I'm getting too into this XD)
