This is the Pokemon that eventually began the basis of the Pharos region back in Generation 3.

Chaospy is a very strange non-legendary Fire/Water-Type Pokemon. It was the first canine Pokemon, and is extremely rare in the modern day. Chaospy can be an omen based on its lifespan.

It can also fix disturbances in the natural order with its unique moves of Harmonic Water and Destructive Fire, Special attacks that are 300 power Hyper Beams.
