long story short, I found a random forum... the main discussion was about why Santa and Chako/Chaco live isloated from all the other mimiga...

bUt most of the people were just like: "it's because they were kicked out since Santa is gay and Chako is the equivalent of a black person." what the actual heck??

actual quote from the forum: "Well if we just establish that Santa is gay, and Chaco is the Mimigan equivalent of black, then the answer is obvious. The Mimigas are both racist and homophobic!"

also there was some guy who kept saying he was a mimiga, and then I remembered how horrible the fanbase is when it comes to Chaco and the whole lipstick incident.... >-<
