certian colour clusters will be first come first serve
others won't
and some will be ota

Normal- First come first serve
Pastels- NOT first come first serve
Darks- first come first serve
black/white- ota
the lonely bi colour- ota

you can offer stuff like
art, da points, designs, animal crossing bells ect ect
